It's a privilege of being your child's safest space and watching your heart walk around outside of your body.
The truth is, I can be having the best time being a mum one minute and then the next I'm questioning all my life choices.

He's a professor at Duke and he is the director of Duke University's Pediatric neurology sleep medicine program feels like such a mouthful to say he is excellent he is popularly known as that sleep doc on social media where he has over 700 000 followers across the platforms he's also the inventor of the lulabee smart crib mattress he specializes in treating a variety of sleep disorders including sleep apnea insomnia narcolepsy and parasomnias he works with adults and children all the ages all the spectrum so i think that's really special and really cool about him as well Dr. Consagra is the author of numerous peer-reviewed research publications and five books, including the book, My Child Won't Sleep, which he qualifies as a high-yield, step-by-step guide to fixing common sleep issues in children of all ages, infants through adolescents.
