Actually, the week before World Dairy Expo, I was up at the Mayo Clinic, arguably the top healthcare institution in North America and perhaps the world, and the National Dairy Farm Checkoff has a collaborative relationship with them that started five years ago, really looking at heart health, the role of full-fat dairy products in the human diet.

And they j- uh, Mayo Clinic National Dairy Checkoff, Dairy Management Inc. just renewed that collaboration for the next five years.

We're gonna learn a lot more about this, and I think the preliminary news that I've seen from Mayo is very positive and coming full circle.
