I'm just curious, uh, here we are, 2026, what do you think the biggest issue is that someone in, in your area of work is having to address these days? What is the question that you get most from people that you can offer some suggestions in terms of way of life?

I think one of the biggest aspects that people-- The biggest burden, the biggest obstacle that a lot of people have today is being busy, being so, so busy and so pushed for time, and there's deadlines, and there's children deadlines, there's school deadlines, there's work deadlines.

They're not necessarily bad choices, but they make choices because they're in a hurry.

But, but I-- One of my biggest things is encouraging people to take, take, uh, what would you call, take stock or, or, or take time on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday morning when you're not going to work, is stop and take time and see what you can do in your busy life.

Because the, the problem is with having a very, very busy life is people often then what you could call cheat.

"Well, if I cheat here and I cheat there, and I, and I shave off this corner, and I shave off that corner." But the bottom line, the person that ends up suffering is you.

Your health ends up suffering, and the, the journey that you want to be on ends up suffering because you have to cut so many corners.

So it's, it's learning to include steps and aspects and habits that you, that you can do, the things that you, that you can include, because a lot of people say, "Well, [chuckles] there's no way I can do that.

I can't possibly fit that into my life." But it's often not hours, it's moments and it's minutes, but it's, it's stepping back and looking at the big picture and what can you do? Not, "That's too big, I can't eat that," or, like, the-- to, to bite off chunks.

"I can't do that whole elephant, but I can eat an elephant by bite." Do you know what I'm saying? [chuckles] And so that's one of my biggest things.

Are people, do you think, trying to simply do too much? Because there-- I think there are some aspects of our lives these days that it is easier to do too much, the way that we're all electronically connected and the, the way in which we're consuming information and many people contributing to that information, that it, it's actually easier to, to do certain things.

You might have a, a day job, you might have a, a side hustle, you might have a family to look after.

And are people overwhelming themselves w-with just too much to do, do you think?

Um, I, I, I, I th- I think that there, there is an aspect to that that people...

And that is where you need to sit down and look at your life of where do you wanna go, and what habits do you wanna include? And because you can't just keep adding.

And what do you think is the aspect of our lives that, that many of us could actually trim away? What are we indulging in, do you think, that we, we really don't necessarily need to, and that it is-- it could potentially be, be harming us in, in terms of our wellbeing because we're, we're getting overly absorbed in certain aspects of our lives?

I think there's quite a few things that people spend more time on than they think it is.
