Lou GillingsHostI think it's because it's so big and so personal to the individual that it can be hard to blanket online I suppose but over the years we found different ways and tools that actually no matter who you are whatever level you're at it all comes down to a very similar thought process doesn't it so we've taken our what we what we have learned about confidence and what we think about confidence and how we feel about confidence and we've broken it down into six really easy to understand because anyone that knows us knows we're really black and white.
I think it is really important to understand what confidence is, what it isn't, and what it means to you as well and what you want to achieve.
And then we kind of look at the building blocks of confidence, how we build on those.
We spend so long being coached in the saddle, sometimes we forget about all the amazing things we can do out of the saddle which helps that journey and I would fall into that trap, I would be really guilty of that.
is recognizing and dealing with setbacks because what you sometimes you feel like when your confidence is brimming and you're like yes it's good and then you get a setback and all of a sudden it feels like the worst thing in the world so we're tackling that head-on we're grabbing that bull by the horns and we're going to really drill into that and then how you can make that have less of an impact it's unrealistic to say you'll never not feel confident again like that's just unconfident sorry uh you'll never feel nervous again but it's looking at how you handle that situation and then how you stop it from unraveling i suppose and then we look at celebrating the success and the learning and then reviewing goals and creating a personal confidence maintenance plan as well which is really important because we want you to be able to take the work that you do in that six weeks forward and into your like journey it's not just a six week and then you're see you later Yeah,
