And yeah, so we basically climbed over some quite large pimples in the dark, in the ice, waded through a river that was so cold.

I couldn't feel my feet and I couldn't stay on my feet because I couldn't feel my feet on the stones.
So we were prepped in terms of fitness and like the obstacles and things like that.
So then like, you've just got grit and mud in you and your feet straight away and your trainers.
And then they sent us through a river and I'm not the tallest person in the world, but it was waist deep.
