Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ This week we'll be smiling a lot. Not just because you and I are cute together... And not just because I shower you with love and boost your confidence... We'll smile…
I heard today from someone who studied psychology that your body language oftentimes leads your experience of something.
The famous experiment that she had mentioned, which I haven't looked into myself, so this is secondary information, I guess it's tertiary because she didn't do the experiment.
The experiment is that they have two groups of people who listen to the same comedian do the same set of jokes.
And in one of them, they famously stick a pencil between their teeth.
And the theory, the conclusion of the study is that it turns out that the people who had the pencil in their teeth in that room much, much, much had more fun and rated the jokes higher.
than the people who are just sitting.
And the conclusion that the researchers took is that it makes you smile when you have the pencil between your teeth.
And then that, according to the theory, the act of smiling makes you more receptive to enjoyment.
So maybe we can try that right now, little bunnies.
You don't have to stick a pencil between your teeth.
But maybe try putting a little smile in your mind.
And you can do an actual smile if you want.
You can at least allow yourself to smile if you feel compelled, if you can feel that I'm smiling right now.
Maybe that makes you smile just a little bit, little bunny, yeah.
Maybe me smiling, you can hear it in my voice, and it makes you maybe want to smile a little bit yourself.
And then taking this smile in our mind, even if we don't necessarily always grin, just when you take a sip of tea, especially when you don't like tea, You take a bite of food that other people would take for granted.
Other people would say, oh, this food is not good.
This food is not good.
You can eat a little bunny, even if the flavor is bad and it's not as fresh as you'd like.
Maybe it's a little bit colder than it should be or it wasn't quite done right.
Whatever it is.
and we need a little money.
Put a smile on our mind and you take a sip and wow, the world just gets better.
Your life gets better.
We have so much to be grateful for.
