One of the reasons that I've so looked forward to speaking with you is because of things like what you just shared.

I asked, how am I finding you today? And yeah, we could really spend the rest of our conversation on just what you shared.

These are super difficult moments.

I hesitate most of the time asking people, especially Palestinians, How are you? Because there is no, There's no great way to answer that.

Even if we're finding glimmers of hope, even if we are, you know, privileged here in the, like, even if we're not experiencing, it's still just an absolute fucking disaster of a time in history where you're so right that like genocide does not happen overnight.

And at the same time that, and I forgive the word grateful here.

I don't know what the word is.

One of the things that I am, again, I don't even know what the word is.

I'm just going to say it.

Grateful for about the last three years is that we have collectively gotten to the point where there's no going back to how things were before.

Like they have lost, like the terrorist state of Israel has lost the, they've lost, they've always lost the plot, but they've lost the messaging war.

They've lost the propaganda.

Like it's all, there's no going back to how it was before.

So that's like a a good thing on a very grand scale.

But the very reason that we're in this place is because for more than like, back further than 48, 36.

And we can go back to many other dates before that, as the ground was being tilled for the current occupation.

Yeah, it's a weird time to be like, yes, people are more awake than ever.

And I don't know if you feel this way.

I have more hope than ever that Palestine will be free.

It's what I'm spending every waking moment trying to do my little part.

And I don't know that that would have happened if a genocide had not begun.

So it's just a week, like it's impossible for me to answer that.

I can imagine how much harder it is for you.
