It is always helpful to do what we would call walking the 360, looking at something from every side of it, because without that, we're going to miss something.
We're going to be short of all the information we need.
Once we've done that, once we've looked at it from multiple sides, we then want to ask ourselves, how could it have been better? What changes could I make? What difference in outlook? What difference in attitude? What difference in approach? What difference in delivery could I have done? And then we can replay that with those changes.
We don't have to go back and redo all the beliefs.
Again, that can be really helpful, but we can go back and replay it the way we would have wanted to do it.
Hindsight is often so good.
So often, as we've been talking about, we can look back and go, oh, I know what I should have done.
It could have been like this.
So if we replay it that way, now there are two ways to do that.
One of those is we sort of from the outside watch ourselves redoing it in the way that would have been better.
And that's helpful.
Then we can refine it.
We can get other perspectives.
We can work it until we have it just the way we want.
but at some point we want to step into it.
We want to have the experience.
We want to be fully there with that new approach, experiencing that new approach.
Our brain will really get it from being there.
In the same way that the first time through, that it got patterned in a way that we don't want, coming back through it, being there, doing it in a new way, will let the brain get patterned in that direction of success.
That will help a lot.
