This podcast came about, I don't have time to do it, but I want to share it with you.

I keep listening to a song I created based on an interview with the great Anthony Kudafidis, Carlton Football Club legend, did with Trent Crotchen.

And there's a little clip where he talks about the fact that he was down in the dumps as a player, had played 50 games in the reserves previously, was really questioning whether he had the capacity to make it as a player back in about 1994, and he goes to see a sports psychologist.

Now, I've made a few notes on this because in that interview, the sports psychologist says, I want you to get a diary and I want you to write these words down.

He'd been dropped to the reserves, goes to the sports psychologist, and Stewart says, buy a diary and write down this mantra.
