what did you completely underestimate when you first organized the first booster wings

everyone who attended that one would definitely know i understood it made it my fatigue i Yeah, I was not prepared for the influx of wingsuiters.

And I just thought it would be one plane load because I know how to use the manifest system.

I'll just do this small piece and then we're all going to be on one load and have a great time.

and the CI at the time her name is Jules was her name's Jules McConnell she started catering for everyone and just kept feeding me and manifest was Carly she kept feeding me as well so people were recognizing it and yeah the next so I learned so much from that year and I I delivered a feedback form and got a lot of feedback from that.

And yeah, so fatigue was definitely something I underestimated and I navigated the next year and just had a lot more preparation.

Everything was pretty much done a couple months before the event until one coach decided to get injured and then I had to source another coach.

uh but but look I got to jump I got I had so many more efficient jumps the next year thanks to fatigue management and taking on that feedback form that's something I really um take quite you know studiously I like to calculate reverse calculate several times and then I take the feedback quite studiously organized my keys packing areas caterers portaloos um all the stuff just for the growth.
