I think, I honestly think that the reason it worked, and the reason it worked for me, the reason it worked for, you know, the half million people who heard it, is because of exactly that.
And, and as I reflect on that, I think about that's what we ha- do when we lead and serve other people.
And I think people can really tell the difference between that authentic ability to have that connection versus someone who's just following a script or just saying what the right thing is, but they're not really there.
And I, I wrote a note down and highlighted it, 'cause I think this really embodies you as I know you and, and have read some of your work and studied your stuff.
Like you said that sentence earlier as, like, kind of this mindset behind th- your whole approach to this.
And, and I absolutely love that, and I think there's such a powerful message for anyone listening to this, 'cause this is a podcast on leadership.
Like, that mindset, that ability to be one-on-one in the conversation with someone is so incredibly powerful, and I think that that's such a tremendous lesson that you've done and delivered for half a million people.
And it's probably for the, their family members who are sitting there going, "Oh, thank God they made it."

Do you have any favorite stories or favorite moments of a person who crossed the line where you got to say that and it, it was a one-on-one conversation and it was a real connection for you? Do you have any favorite stories that come to mind?
