what happens when you get fired? lawncareunscripted@gmail.com
So if you've been in business for any amount of time, you've probably been fired from a customer.
I think I've been fired two or three different times.
I haven't been fired in years.
I had a few when I first started stumbling my way through the business that, you know, I probably deserve to be fired.
But over the past several years, I've really taken pride in maintaining all these properties.
Now, I have fired a bunch of customers over the past, really, especially over the past two years.
I have really...
I don't have time to put up with anything, so typically they tend to just go.
But what I want to talk about is I got fired by a customer, I don't know, two or three weeks ago.
And I'll kind of, I'll give you the situation and then kind of what my thoughts are on about it.
So this is a bi-weekly customer.
It's a lake customer, so they're on the lake up here.
And it's not a large yard.
It's, I think it's a $55 yard or 50, 50 or 55.
I can't remember.
Um, I also do the next door neighbor and hers is about the same.
Hers is really even smaller.
It's just a little plot of grass in the front and then a lot of maintaining weeds and blowing leaves and stuff in the back up against the lake.
Well, my customer has they've been not at the lake and probably i don't know they've probably been up here three or four times this year which is not a lot for them which doesn't really matter you're on a bike bi-weekly schedule so you get cut every two weeks well she wanted um they come up and she wanted a quote for trimming a bunch of bushes and some landscaping work.
And I said, yeah, that's not a problem.
Got all the quote together for her and sent it to her.
She said, that'd be great, when can you get it done? My response to anyone who's not a weekly customer, this year is I'll have to fit it in because this year is so busy.
I've got, I already have a list of stuff that's ahead of you.
So I'll be happy to put you on the list and we'll get you taken care of.
No problem.
