Prior to joining Motley Rice, Josh was a partner at a large international firm representing clients in a variety of litigation areas, including pharmaceutical drugs and devices, consumer fraud, and harmful products.

Joshua served as a senior member of the team representing claimants in the Inject-A-Fair products liability litigation, as well as advancing litigation for claimants harmed by defective pressure cookers, EsriCare artificial tears, and UV gel manicures.
