Andrea Vollprecht - Worship: At the Feet of Jesus

So this morning I'm gonna be talking about Machu 26, about the woman and the alabaster flask.

The last two, well, in the summer months, we are talking about worship.

We've been talking about worship.

The first time we talked about is, do you remember what happened here at the front? What was this tower we were building? The wall of Jericho.

Kids, do you remember this wall of Jericho here? Some of you were here and it was falling and it was falling again.

And we were building it and it was falling again.

But it was also the whole point.

But one of the things of worship there was we're shouting and we're praising the Lord so that walls are falling down.

Last week, what were we talking about? We were talking about...

Jehoshaphat.

Very good.

Do you remember the last three rows and the first two rows? We were shouting this place down, weren't we? We really, really were.

Oh, you weren't, but some of us really, really were.

So today, it's going to be about a different kind of worship.

And that worship is actually worship, and it should always be from our heart, but it's surrender and pouring out our hearts and oil to the feet of Jesus.

And that is what we're going to do this morning.
