Maybe that isn't such a great idea in Teton County anymore, but at one point it was.

My dad was a business owner here in town, civil engineer, Nelson Engineering.

His father was a builder and rancher, was county commissioner at one point, at the point where the governor called up and said, you got to shut down the gambling in Teton County.

His father was Actually Wyoming's first state game warden and a rancher, homesteader, pioneer mountain man.

I mean he wanted to, the reason he came over from Sweden was because he had read Fenimore Cooper and wanted to go live in the mountains and do that kind of stuff.

The family's kind of been here in northwestern Wyoming and eastern Idaho area for literally ever since.

But I would say that my views are mostly influenced probably from my heritage and history.
