英語勉強中です。Rじゃない箇所もRっぽ発音になっちゃいます。どうすればいいですか？

Japanese people often hear that they are not good at pronouncing R.

On the other hand, when I speak English, even sounds that are not R sometimes sound a bit like Makijita.
