One of the questions I got was like, how has my training changed from year one to now year five? As many of you know, if you're on Tonal or, you know, follow me on my Instagram, you know, I just recently celebrated.
five years on Tonal.
To be honest, my first year on Tonal, I really didn't use it that much.
It was a struggle the first year.
I honestly was not ready to give up what I thought I was doing was right.
I was very set in my ways and nobody could tell me any different.
And I don't know if you can kind of relate to that, but when the New York coaches started was really the shift for me.
When I They started posting on social media and we started, you know, communicating.
I was like, oh, my gosh, this is amazing.
These coaches are actually really wanting to help me.
They want to see me grow.
So that was a major shift for me that I was feel seen.
I know that's that's an important thing.
I think with anybody's journey is somebody saying, hey, I see you.
So over the years, the things that have changed for me is the biggest thing, honestly, is recovery.
I'm not a beat myself into the ground kind of person.
I don't work out for hours on end.
I get in, I get out, I get done.
I'm very precise on what I do, that more is not better, that when I'm in a session, when I am training, I am in it, I am pushing myself.
So me realizing that rest is such an important part of the process.
And I'm realizing that I don't need to beat myself down to see growth, that I don't have to feel exhausted all the time, that I use exercise and training as something that adds to my life, that makes me feel better, not worse.
So over the years, that has been the biggest thing for me.
And my goals have still stayed the same these whole entire four years that I've been training with Joe is my goal.
