In, in your, uh, career in real estate, uh, were there any mistakes that you made early on and, and what kinda lessons did you learn from them?
I don't think that you can become an entrepreneur without making those, but I think I, uh, when I first started, I didn't treat myself as a business.
So I think some of the mistakes I made were, um, not originally setting myself up as a business and, and thinking about it that way.
What are, what are some common misconceptions people might have about, uh, the real est- being a realtor or the real estate market in general?
But, um, no, we, we, we hear that a lot, but, um, our job is to anticipate problems before they become problems.
A lot of our clients don't even know what we fully do because we are already solving their problems before they become problems.
We're the only person in a real estate transaction, which mind you, is the biggest-
... biggest financial decision of your life, um, that are there f- with you from beginning to end.
And what kind of challenges do you see in the real estate industry? Is it, is it staffing? Is it funding? What, what kind of challenges do you see?
Um, you know, back in 2020, 2021, people were locking in these 2.5, 3% interest rates, um, and they're not wanting to give those up, which I don't blame them.
So they're not wanting to move, and it's kind of slowing down the natural progression of moving up from your first time house to your secondary house.
