We're moving toward the end of the fiscal year for the federal government and into the last quarter of the calendar year.

And as the job market continues to falter, if people are looking at their budget and their bank accounts ahead of the holidays, it can be difficult to keep our teams motivated and on track.

This is particularly true as more layoffs are announced and organizations are requiring more from remaining staff.
