Gripped with Compassion

Matthew chapter 9, Matthew chapter 9.

We've been in a series on the, to all the saints going through both churches and been going through the letters of Paul.

And I'm gonna put a pause in that today because I just want to very quickly, from my heart, talk to you about something I feel the Lord is prophetically doing with our churches and in our midst.

If you were with us, I believe last November was the last time, no, we did one January, but last November we did Our Vision Sunday, we do it every single year.

It's a joint service as well.

And I took the entire sermon time and just kind of unpacked different dreams and prophetic words that have been coming to our church and our movement around just what the Lord was saying.

And one of them I have not been able to shake.

It's gripped me.

I can't get away from it.

And I had a dream a year ago this May, a year ago last year.

And in the dream, Chris Fowlton, who's the spiritual father of my life and is a prophet, came and knelt down next to me in the dream, there's more to the dream, and knelt down next to me and just said this, there's an anointing for 10,000 salvations coming on your house.

And he unpacked that a little bit in the dream, but I just haven't been able to get away from it, that I believe God is calling us to believe for a harvest, and I believe God is calling us to believe for salvations, not just with people that we don't know, but people that we know, coworkers and people at the gym that you go to, and neighbors and family members, that we're to really lean in and believe God for this.

I'm gonna talk a little bit about this, but I believe that prophetic words require partnership.

that God works through partnership, that he invites us into partnership with him to see the plans and purposes that he has manifested.

And so I want to talk to you briefly about that today and just really ask that God would grip our heart around this issue.
