I thought what you shared with the guys was really compelling because you brought up this concept of, like, if you're not moving, you're basically going backwards.

And I think sometimes we get this impression that, like, if you're not, like, hardcore moving forward, you're, you're okay.

But dude, when you used that analogy of the walkway, it just really, um, hit home for me.

So I thought maybe we could start off by talking about that, and I got a bunch of things I wanna talk about today.
The world is a moving sidewalk like you see in a, into a, into an airport, right? And but the problem is you're going against it.
The, the Earth is turning one way, and you're walking the opposite way, right? So even at a, even at a glacier pace, like a normal walk, you're just staying still.
So if you just walk normal on a, on a moving, moving sidewalk in an airport, like not hustling, just a normal pace, you're not...
Like, you can look right and look left, and you're just staying in line with, you're at gate, gate, you know, 30, you know, 31D.
So to actually make progress, and this is why it's so hard to make progress, because you feel, like, this friction against you.
So when you really pick up the pace and you're trying to, you know, you're trying to make something of yourself, you're trying to grow, you're trying to lose weight, you're trying to make more money, you're trying to grow a business, you're trying to, you know, get your family sorted out, you just feel this universal friction because it's really there.
