Before closing, is there anything we didn't discuss in this podcast that you'd like to mention?

What I wanted to stress is that NPH has been around for about fifty years, but it is now established that we have a possibility to reverse these symptoms.

We have to be very cautious because again, these symptoms are symptoms of aging in general, perhaps accelerated, but very common symptoms.

So we're emphasizing that patients need to be recognized at the level of the primary care and geriatrics and neurology, but they have to also be carefully diagnosed and tested at this time with the drainage trial to make sure there are patients that could-- should get surgery.

There's definitely an underserved population, more than hundreds of thousands of patients that may benefit from shunts, but we certainly don't want to encourage shunts going in without the proper testing.
