What do you think is the thing that someone gets wrong the last month before their show? And I know I have this list, but if it's something on the list that stands out more to you, let me know.

I think the question to ask would be, are they self-coaching or not? But let's assume non-self-coaching.

If I would assume non-self-coaching, I think, like, the biggest mistake I see is, like, the way they plan the prep is, like, ramping fat loss into a show.

Like, it's becoming less common nowadays, right? Just with, like, education and, like, people listening to us talk.

But, man, if you want to ruin a physique like that, like, increase your rate of loss the last eight weeks leading into a show.

I don't get why people are afraid of slightly longer diet phases in order to account for potential mistakes.

Like, I get not wanting to be on prep half the year, but if your offseason left you in a spot where that's going to be the best package you bring to stage, like...

Don't put yourself in a place where you have to six gear it when you're like got the least resources to retain tissue as possible.

I wonder if it's, if it's really like people like a fear of getting lean early, or I think it's more of what you said on the other point of having to prep for that long is more of it.

And then you're more hopeful that the shorter prep still gets you ready in time, but then it doesn't.

And so I, in, you know, you brought up self-coaching or coaching, but it kind of mistakes goes either way.

If you're just A coach that's maybe a little less tuned in or you're an athlete and you're just coaching yourself, those mistakes happen.

like that's the thing is like it's i know we're talking to the last month here but it starts from beginning of your beginning your prep should be like the big kick off for driving crazy fat loss to happen and then able to slow it down at the end you kind of you kind of earn it in the but I know everyone's hopeful in the beginning of like, yeah, pull a little bit of carbs out and like bring the slow.
