Looking for ways to bring the spark back to your relationship? Need some new things to try to spice up the bedroom? In this episode, I explain 4 different types of touch that you can try tonight!…
So today's episode is gonna be super light and easy.
I realize I haven't talked about any of the non-sexual techniques in a while, so today I'm gonna share another one that should give you some new ideas to try for your next intimacy date, or better yet, you can even just try it on the couch.
It's just a touch technique, so you can really do it anywhere.
So, I first learned about elemental touch at the first East Coast Tantra Festival almost 10 years ago.
And I had actually even forgotten about this technique, like the fact that it's a thing to do because it's just such a part of my regular repertoire that it just, it didn't cross my mind yet.
But fortunately, I was reminded of it by my friend Zen, who I interviewed back in episode 23 when he talked about BDSM.
But don't worry, this touch technique has nothing to do with BDSM if you're not a fan of that.
It's actually a lot easier and a lot more simple.
So it's called elemental touch because there's four types of touch and each one tries to mimic the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water.
So let's walk through them so you'll know what they are and then you can try them.
