So Linda, I'm going to answer your question by actually giving you an analogy.

I want you to sit back and if you can imagine, almost to a point of closing your eyes, but not close your eyes if you're on a podcast, but closing your eyes.

And if your audience is listening and they're sitting still, just close your eyes.

When you think about the human body, there are what's called five muscles of enterprise that has to take place.

Those five muscles are leadership, operations, sales, IT infrastructure, and accounting.

These five muscles for any individual, any enterprise have to be flexed on a consistent basis.

As you're flexing those muscles, you have to a little trial and error, a little self-study, a little mentorship that has to take place, finding a mentor to get stronger and stronger and stronger within them.

As you get stronger in them, you actually are equipping yourself to be prepared for what turbulence is going to take place.

Because as life goes by, as business life goes by, as personal life goes by, the consistency in all of that is turbulence.

There's going to be ups and downs, left and rights, circles and up and being able to realize that sometimes those circles are squares and those squares turn into triangles and you're trying to make sure that you can get it right.

These are the prayers that we send up for the blessings to be able to come down.

So how do you start to do it? Well, the thoughts are coming in and they're going down to the feet to get you moving.

That operations has to take place so you'd be able to move and produce and move and produce.

So once that production takes place, it's sent back up so you can actually give it to the world.
