I think the main thing and most important thing is just experience as a student athlete who put on a jersey here.

But just to have someone around their age who they're able to come to and talk to about it, I think it's extremely important.
someone who knows their way around X and Instagram and everything else that's out there, right? Or just to
what will your approach be i mean because you when you were a player and you know watched you in both practice and in games and i actually you and i met when you were still in high school i think one of our first meetings was uh watching your dad put you and your kid brother through some workouts at the school down there um you're not one who really needed anybody to motivate you So as you turn around and step into this, you know, kind of a coaching position for director of player development, you know, what's your approach? And especially in terms of motivating players.

My biggest thing is, first off, being honest, be a straight shooter, tell them how it is and what it is at the college level and the next level and how hard you actually have to work.

Um, so just trying to bring the competition level up as much as possible, because that's the only way we can, well, teams in general can win games.
How many workouts have you been in with them so far? Because we just heard less than a week ago that you were taking over at this position.
