And I think the advantage of me having been a college coach in this role, you know how the machine works, right? So like, the assistants have connections with players, the head coach has connections with players, people have played here, you know, like, so you have to be an extension of their relationships and build this thing collectively.

The college basketball is a collaborative effort because We all have connections.

And then how can I bring the most value? And then, yeah, of course, I have relationships, too.

Hey, like, you know, you want these relationships or here's this player you want to look at him, whatever it is.

But it's being able to collaborate with everybody and evaluate with everybody to come to a common decision.

You know, relationships used to be such a major factor in college basketball because that was what recruiting was all about.
And now with NIL, players, you know, some of them can value, listen, I don't need to know the coach exactly.
How do relationships really factor into this? You know, where do you see that the relationships play out?

And I think I'll push back a little bit, just like when the money's even, what's it come down to? Okay.

So like if you got 10 bucks and I got 10 bucks and we're going after the same, same player, like who do they trust more? Like who can articulate a plan for your son? And Hey, that plan makes sense.
