A recent survey from Royal London Ireland suggested Irish workers believe they will need almost 41,000 euro per year for a comfortable retirement.

Does that mean 30-year-olds need to be putting large amounts of their salary into a pension scheme each month? When should you ramp up contributions? What are the mistakes to avoid?
