So it feels right just to pause that one and talk about something else today in my last episode i basically talked about what it was like getting diagnosed with autism and adhd and i talked a little bit about losing my vision and how that kind of affected me and the fact that i'd never really been through that before since turning 18 and starting social media.

I also in a recent reel that I made on Instagram basically opened up to why I hadn't been on my brand account on the Run Club.

I never kind of like just talk to the camera and post a video but I did and it was just so nice to get my story across.

And I think sometimes I get afraid to open up that much on Instagram or put myself out there like that but it was just really, really nice to do that because I did get my point out and people did understand it more because it was me actually talking about it.

So I'm gonna go more into kind of everything around doubt and what happens when your dreams get paused or questioned because I do feel like a lot of people either have gone through this, will go through this, or are currently going through it right now.

So for context, I have always been quite a big dreamer, especially when I started my social media accounts.

Obviously I had a few doubts throughout the years, but overall I always had this vision that just kept me going.

And then six months ago, kind of all got taken away from me and I just wanna share a little bit more about that process.

I have a brand called On The Run and started off as a run club and then we started making clothing for it and I had this really big dream of having a clothing brand.

When I found out about my diagnosis, I had so many things kind of tell me that it was the wrong path.

You know, my diagnosis said I couldn't concentrate or handle big social situations.

So I think I'd swallowed all these ideas and really took it on me that Or is this what I'm supposed to be doing? Am I not just supposed to be like a little hermit for the rest of my life? Or maybe I'm supposed to live like an undercover life and not be online anymore.

And I think looking back at this period now, it kind of made me realize how cyclical life can be.

And we can... almost have these circles and it may be a year of a circle, but it may also be five years of a circle or 10 years of a circle.
