Embodying divine feminine power is not about gendered ways of being or acting. In this episode, we're exploring Shakti, the divine feminine energy that lives in all of us through Durga, Lakshmi, and…

Really, before I dive straight in, there are a couple things that I wanted to mention.

The first is the reason that I want to, to record this episode is because I started getting word of a social media trend that is apparently called Lakshmi maxing, which I don't wanna get into at all, but I did have AI research it a little bit because I didn't wanna do it myself and then start to, like, actually give likes and attention to these people that are clearly in the realm of cultural appropriation.

This is really about how it is that we can come into balance with our own inner power.

And so I wanna tell you how I think about masculine and feminine power, like my take on it, just over the years of a formal study, of informal study, of self-study, and of working with so many incredible humans.

It's about the plan, the to-do list, the spreadsheet, the pros and cons list, all the things that you and I are very, very used to performing on a daily level.

We know how to operate in that energy, and yet it is not the complete way in which we can and are able to move into our own aligned growth and evolution.

Because feminine power is also an incredible power source that I don't think enough of us are tapping into.

It really has to do with intuition, and we cannot always link it to a pros and cons list.

You feel it in your body, and you know what I'm talking about because you've had this experience before.

And yet the thinking mind and the logical mind is not able to explain it because of its non-linearity.

I wanna describe a high-level, sort of just map for you as to how energy is really described in yoga by the ancient yogis.
