We're talking about giving yourself permission to play, not because it's gonna give you more growth or it's gonna make you a better mom or a better doctor or a better fill in the blanks, like, because it could just be that play has its own wisdom.

And it actually alludes to this really marvelous idea that the universe itself, the entire universe itself, is this creative, joyful expression of consciousness.

So from a space where Leela is the concept that reminds us that everything in our lives is sacred play.

What if everything in our lives was a creative dance? It kind of shifts that energy away from, "All right, I gotta get through this today.

I gotta..." And all of those can still be there, by the way, but this is what I want you to just give yourself permission to think about.

As an invitation, to me, play and permission to play is a way for us to hold things more lightly, right? Like, we talk about lightness of being so much, and that's what this is really about, is how is it that we can be fully engaged? Like, how do we still work hard? How do we still have goals and intentions and living in alignment? And how do we still, of course, care and love, you know, as an expression of who we are, but maybe without some of the heaviness that we tend to carry around? And so the reason I've come to this is-- I'm telling you, every time I think I'm gonna do a podcast on something, the universe just starts to pepper me with actually messengers.
