How are you seeing technology impact operations? We're hearing a lot about AI, for example, and starting to see it implemented.

But can you sort of share how that's, from your perspective, what's happening in the operations sector?

And one of the things that I learned from one of the presenters was, AI is now the officially fastest ever adopted technology.

So if you think about TVs and cell phones and video game systems and things like that, radios, cars, it took in some cases decades for people to get those.

Now AI has absolutely permeated the entire, you know, ecosphere, both in our professional lives and in our personal lives, just within the last 24 to 36 months.

Everyone's got AI policies, what you can use, what you can't use, which vendors you're allowed to deal with.

You also have to be very cognizant that PII, personally identifiable information, is not put into your AI stuff.

And I've heard recently, I read something that even a lot of, you know, Like injured parties now, customers are using AIs to help them with generating their own settlement demands and whatnot when they're injured.

Jared, you've got experience with both the personal line side and the commercial line side.
