Poona Ford on Myles Garrett, Aaron Donald & the Rams’ D-Line

Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Poona Ford joins Mitch Morse on In Good Company to talk Myles Garrett, Aaron Donald, his journey from undrafted free agent to Year 9 in the NFL, and life inside an NFL defensive line room. Poona takes Mitch through his path from Texas and winning Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year to going undrafted and choosing where to begin his NFL career. He explains what it’s like watching Myles Garrett work up close, why Aaron Donald used to keep him up at night, and the defensive linemen who can completely change an offensive game plan. They also get into the biggest offensive linemen Poona has faced, how defensive tackles read an O-lineman’s stance, his Welcome to the NFL moment, Dion Dawkins’ trash talk, Puka Nacua, and Poona’s top defensive tackles in the league. #NFL #Rams #PoonaFord #SeanMcVay #Football #InGoodCompany #AaronDonald #MylesGarrett Co-Host & Producer: KC Hahey Guest: Poona Ford Exclusive Interviews on Tuesdays 1pm EST Join the In Good Company community and never miss a drop Subscribe here: https://www.youtube.com/@IGCwithMitch?sub\_confirmation=1 Tell us your favorite part in the comments!
