141: BOY BYE, SHES GOING ON TOUR

But like, how do people get people to buy stuff for more for money? That being said, I'll just dive right in.

I went to the Parade of Homes that are going on currently in Utah, Utah County, which I personally like Utah County better than Salt Lake County.

You'd think Salt Lake County would have more, like, just like a more variety, I guess.

But they're running out of room, so I guess that makes sense also.

But then in Utah County, you have Alpine, Highland, Mapleton is...

My grandma was born in Mapleton, and when she was still alive, we'd go drive through it sometimes, and she just would be baffled.

She's like, this is not the Mapleton I grew up in.

Like, these are, like, mansions.

Huge, huge, huge mansions.

And she's like, I was born in, like, a one-room house here, and this was not what it is.

Woodland Hills.

I'm pretty sure Woodland Hills is, like, one of the highest...

How do you even say this? Richest city per capita in Utah? Just because there's really no businesses there.

It's just all really expensive houses.

I think Park City is still like the most.

But anyway, there are a lot of like affluent areas in Utah County.

Elk Ridge.

Yeah.

So like Lehigh, the upper parts of Lehigh and the hills.

So there is technically more land, even though I was driving around the other side of the lake the other day.

And the lake takes up a massive portion of the valley.

And I'm like, imagine if this wasn't here.

How many more houses they could fit? Some girl I saw on TikTok though, she said, apparently she's like into transportation and roadways and stuff.

And she found a plan for the future, like 2030, I think.

They said they're going to, they have a proposed plan.
