I have a really short, sweet answer to this because I've been thinking about it.

is when someone finishes their first month and they're thinking, I made the right decision joining this business.
Well, we'll get into maybe the mechanics of how that set of circumstances can arise.

It's really that kind of initial interaction and engagement that they have and that feel that they should have maybe even within the first few weeks of that connection, feeling that they belong.

Yes, they're going to have lots to learn, but they're not doubting that they made the right decision.
