And the problem with focusing on your food is that you become obsessed with food.

And the problem with becoming obsessed with food is that you keep your blinkers on to all the other stuff that's staring at you right in the face, but you are too fixated on what you're eating that you can't see the actual real problems that are going on.

If you think about it, If fixating on your food worked, if following a meal plan and a diet plan and calorie counting and tracking and weighing your food worked, you'd be exactly where you want to be right now.

Because if you're listening to this podcast, you're most likely a woman who's over 40.
