so I'm going to do that one of the reasons I'm kind of thinking about this a little bit more is I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease this year as many of you know it's been a very long journey this year I must say it's been very tough the biggest change in my life has been the overwhelming tiredness that comes with it I've all my life been so used to being so overactive in a sense so like Just do everything, anything, not take breaks, not slow down.

I could have four days where I'm getting all my thrive times in and work is going great.

I'm really productive and I will just absolutely crash on day five, like such overwhelming tiredness that I feel really negative in myself.

And I don't know if you feel like this, but when you get overwhelming exhausted, you just think you're doing everything really badly.

You're like, OK, I only have hopefully 30 more years left until I die, like that kind of thing.

That's how I feel anyway when I get that really overwhelming tiredness and I don't get that anymore like I'm not pushing myself really hard anymore because I can't.

If any of you have any tips on what to do to manage tiredness, and I don't mean like do less in your workouts, that kind of thing.

I mean more like I was chatting to a fellow Thriver on one of our group calls yesterday.

Is there anything that you take um that feels great because I'm doing my thrive times I'm drinking water I'm eating healthy and I sleep really well so it's kind of more along the supplements thing maybe anything that you've come across that is you're just like yeah that's absolutely brilliant that helps me feel way less tired um that would be great to hear back from Okay so I'm talking to you today if you are you want to get really fit because this is the perfect time of year to achieve your fitness goal such a lovely run into the end of December into the end of the year from September to the end of the year it is one of my favorite times of year for achieving goals because the weather is just a perfect goal achieving weather in my opinion it's it's not summer the leaves are falling down it gets really cozy and we can read loads of books and better ourselves and pick a goal like getting fit and feeling really really good in yourself and you can achieve that by December so if you if you do it now by when December hits you'll be in a consistent space which is fabulous because we don't do all or nothing around here anymore we don't do that in Thrive you don't get healthy for Christmas and then go mental.
