You know, we are creatures
of habit.
I've taken a lift all my life.
But there was a couple of weeks back, I went to this fancy new building.
And you know, the new age lifts, I think a great design, but is the lift where you press the floor outside the lift.
Where you want to go.

So let's say I want to press the 12th floor.
Mm-hmm.
And I press that and it tells you which lift to go to.
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, the number of lifts they have.
So it told me go to A.
So here I am waiting outside lift A.
The lift opens.
I enter the lift.
I was the only one in that lift.
And the lift door closes.
And I'm wondering, oh, I don't have to press a button.
When did I press the button? Which floor is it going to go to? Is it going to drop me off at the right floor? And there was this sense of trepidation.
And as the door opened, I just looked out, is this really the 12th floor? And where is the company or the client I'm looking for? And while the technology is great, because I think what that does is it ensures that there's no traffic.
It controls the traffic.
