But my grandfather passed away very suddenly in 2017 during a family visit.
He was in a long distance marriage with my grandma for the last five years due to inheritance circumstances for some context.
And they raised me.
They're very happy and it worked for them.
Oh, hell yeah.

I'm all for... not cohabitating or whatever and staying married if that works for you i don't give a crap like do whatever man i you know wouldn't work for me but i get the appeal the first strange happenstance occurred before his death he my grandmother and i were watching moana together oh hell yeah Oh, hell yeah, Moana.
It was a new release.
We got to the bit where, sorry, spoilers for a 10-year-old movie, the grandma is dying and tells Moana something like, even when I'm gone, I'm always with you.
My grandfather patted me on my arm, pointed to the TV and said, you remember that for when me and grandma aren't here anymore.
He was unexpectedly diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia later that weekend after a fainting spell and passed away about 10 days later.
Says it was a complete shock.
He wasn't even 60 yet.
Goes on to say the second strange occurrence is his favorite song, Following Us Around.
But specifically in the air tonight, he would turn it way up and play the drum solo on his steering wheel every time as...
