And it's just reminding me how everyone has the same bottleneck in a different form from a different angle.

Everybody is literally capped by the exact same problem, which is the fact that There's a certain point in business where you get paid for what you do up to six figures, up to, I don't know, $200,000, whatever.

And it's no longer just what you do, the strategic offerings, the information you provide, especially now when information is literally available to people everywhere.

And it is that you get paid for who you are as a person, for who you are as a leader, a coach, a facilitator, for your unique cross-pollination of experience with strategy, with whatever it is that you do, whether it's work with your hands or work with your brain or work with just different methodologies and frameworks that you have developed over time it doesn't matter what niche you're in but i see it time and time again and it's usually not an actual strategic gap when people come to me and they're like i want to scale past ten thousand dollar months or i've been stuck at twenty thousand dollar months i don't know i have no idea how i would ever be able to do fifty thousand dollar months it's because you can do more to a certain extent where more is not going to make you more money.

And you pass a certain threshold, and that action is just expending your energy, your time and attention, but it's not producing more results, right? And you have to start thinking as a different level of operation.

You have to make decisions from a place of capacity and expansion And most people are trying to force-scale the business as the identity they currently are in and the patterns they're currently running, and that's exactly why it feels like you're hitting the same fucking wall over and over and over again.

And what I mean by this is that most of you understand the basic strategies of scaling an online business.

Like there's probably nobody in here who doesn't understand a simple structure, a pathway from a low ticket or free lead magnet conversion event into a higher level space, like ascension between your offers.

So why? Why is there this consistent bump up against a ceiling when it comes to a certain income level or amount of clients that you're serving or a certain...

There's an old client avatar you're talking to in your content subconsciously because it's safer and it's easier to sell.

There's old offers that you definitely aren't aligned with that you're still serving people inside of because who are you to let go of that income and who are you to not help people just because you can help them, right? Like there's areas of the business where you could actually have a significantly more expansive space conversation, higher pricing.

There's invitations you could be giving people that you're currently serving that you're not giving them.

There's ways that you could be showing up and starting a conversation that's contrarian and that's different than anybody else, but you forgot that being an entrepreneur is all about making shit up and figuring things out and developing your own unique way of doing things because you've been indoctrinated in a circle jerk of people all doing the same fucking shit and telling you that this is the way to do it.

And you don't have the discernment to go, but does this apply to me? that's why so many people get stuck at the ceiling because they're employing the same fucking patterns the same subconscious holdbacks the same bullshit excuses i love when people come to me with I know these are excuses, and as I'm saying them out loud, I realize that this is just an easy way for me to avoid XYZ.
