And today I'd like to share with you that confidence is essential whether you're speaking on stage, in virtual presentation, in leading a meeting or in everyday life.

I have seen how confidence can make a difference, especially when taking important decisions in life.

See, a lot of times people think confidence is like just being a superior in front of the other person, trying to dominate over the other person.

C-O-N-F-I-D-E. Confiding in someone means to have a private conversation with somebody, which basically means confidence is what you say to yourself privately in your mind.

What silent conversation are you having? in your mind about yourself right before an important decision most people have negative self-talk that means negative confidence right before saying yes to an opportunity like saying yes to that public speaking opportunity saying yes to that leadership capability saying yes to that new role most people have negative self-talk which means they have negative confidence once i understood that i have seen how confidence made a difference in my life so i applied confidence in all areas of my life and that changed everything for myself.

And I'm not talking about just conversation about what to buy and where to go, but difficult conversation that I haven't had for years and sometimes for decades.

By accessing and activating my internal confidence, what started happening for me is I started having those conversation even if and especially when I felt I was not prepared.

So I started having those difficult conversation, whether that's with my father, with my life partner, with a close friend of mine, sharing those vulnerability and telling what I'm not liking or here is what I need from them.

having those conversations actually showed me that how confidence can help you improve your relationships too.

And it helped me create deeper connection with people and it helped me better everybody's situation.

It's about how you show up and communicate and have those difficult conversations as well.
