For the last 15 years, I've been training over two lakhs leaders, overcome their stage fear, become powerful speakers, and really change their lives.

I speak from experience and not from theory, and that's why today I want to talk about one thing which is extremely valuable.

That is, Many times as a speaker, as a communicator, as a leader, as a CEO, you have a lot to share.

And the mistake a lot of leaders do at that time is they start sharing everything.

And as a result, you know, you start sharing a lot, but people don't grasp everything that you're talking about.

By the way, has that ever happened to you? You know, you give your 100% and only 40% is what people are grasping, right? So how do you overcome that challenge? It's very, very simple.

What you don't want to do is that you don't want to share everything that you know about a certain topic.

Like, for example, if I have to speak about energy and let's say I have a couple of minutes or half an hour and let's say some company has hired me to go and give the talk.

Even after 30 minutes, I'll feel like, oh my God, I have so much more to share.

Now, building on that example, If I'm giving a talk on energy, guess what I'm gonna do? Instead of thinking about all that I have to say, I'll ask myself, what are the three key essential points I must tell them about energy? Okay, point one, I'll tell them my story of how I stay hyper energetic every day, pretty much 28 days in a month.
