Ep#877: 4 Motivations That Drive People to Take Actions

First, the first motivation for people is desire for gain.

When people see that mastering anything can help them gain something, they do it.

For example, when people see that mastering public speaking can help them gain influence or promotion or personal satisfaction, guess what? They're inspired to act because public speaking can be a gateway to unlocking greater opportunities.

For example, it can be a professional attention or program speakathon implementation bootcamp to improve communication.

Why? Because they want to secure a promotion by demonstrating executive presence.

or a business owner or an entrepreneur comes to us because they want to improve speaking skills to gain credibility at industry events, attracting high-profile clients and scale their business to another level.
