Well, for starters, could you tell us what a typical day looks like for you?

So a typical day for me would start with a good five to ten minutes of self-reflection.

Others would call it meditation, but it's just planning out my day in terms of thoughts and focus.

I will send out anything I need to delegate or share instructions even as early as 4 or 5.

If I get into the office I like 30 minutes or an hour to myself just to get clarity and focus and then thereafter everything for me in terms of meetings is always execution or tracking or implementation.

And so everything else that comes thereafter is more routine from the work side of it, whether I'm doing editorial pieces or going through the news or I'm doing a shoot and so on.
