Send us an email! The more people trusted AI on a task, the less critical thinking they said they did on it. Season 3 of Human x Intelligent starts…

So Gallup says that 52% of US employees now use AI at work at least a few times a year.

And mostly they use it to draft things and to find things so the first rap is quietly changing hands.

And then there's the other study, which is from the Stanford Digital Economic Lab, that looked at the payroll data.

And I want to say that they're first finding out loads because people skip it.

What they find is that employment for workers aged 22 to 25 in the most AI exposed works was about 19% below where it would be.

I keep turning that one over and over because these young workers are missing the years where you learn judgment by doing the real work because nobody's hiring them into those years.

If we want to make the practice all together, where does the next group get good? I do not have the answer.

It's a big part of why I'm doing this season and why I'm so excited to have this conversation.
