How To Love Yourself No Matter What
Jun 11, 2026 · 22 min · 10 segments
DO YOU EVER FEEL LIKE YOU SET A GOAL, PUSH HARD FOR A FEW DAYS—AND THEN FALL OFF AND WONDER WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? Like no matter how many times you try, you can't seem to make yourself do the things…
I have done so many episodes on parts of this, but today I want to speak about accountability and motivation.
An example would be you want to, say, start going to the gym at 6 a.m. before work.
And then you get up and you have not gone to the gym and think, oh, I will do it tomorrow.
And so then what happens is you try and beat yourself up and you try to harass yourself into it.
So then you get yourself to do it maybe for a few days And then something happens in your life, something circumstantial, something unavoidable.
You get sick, you get called into work early, you genuinely didn't sleep the night before, and you can't do it.
And then what happens is you tell yourself you're not the kind of person that can do this.
And so you simply decide, okay, I don't have what it takes to be able to do this.
