Well, my time at the boat has expired again, and I really don't have much accomplished to hang my hat on.
7.02 a.m. Namely, getting everything packed the night before, not only coming down here, but leaving.
And although I did find a replacement winch drum, I did not finish reassembling the two jib sheet winches.
And although I did, maybe, trace the engine overheating to the trashed water pump
impeller,
I did not fix the slow fuel leak near the injector pump or even track down definitively the exact source of the leak.
But as I get ready to drive up to Annapolis for our annual How Not to Sail meetup, probably with the check engine light and bogus tire pressure light still glowing, I'm cautiously optimistic that we'll get everything sorted before the end of the year.
Because, let me tell you, the Admiral could really use a little cruise about now.
