Now, talking about these amazing landmark places that you do, you've done Chelsea Barracks, you've done all sorts of things, but I remember specifically, and I think it may have been the first time that we really met properly, it was at One Hyde Park, the enormous Candy & Candy building, which there was such a noise about it when it first sort of appeared, because it was right at the top of Sloane Street, overlooking Hyde Park.
And was it the penthouse or one of the penthouses? And you did the most beautiful, beautiful interior, and it was just breathtaking.

You know, I've been, um, fretting about a pair of bar stools in a project because I'm-

Is the footrest at the right height, and is the cushion sort of, uh, plump enough on it? And, you know, there's always something I'm, I'm worrying about.

There's a soap dish on another project that I don't like, and do we need a soap dish?

Should we have, should we have a, you know, hand wash pumps or should it be soap dishes? Are soap dishes cool? Will they, will it look all, you know, yucky in time? I, I really care, and I, you know, I should care, right?

I'm, um, clients are entrusting us with, uh, a really meaningful, uh, part of their lives, whether it's a private home or a development indeed, right? For that development team and that developer, that project is everything.
