So for myself, after my grandpa had passed away and my grandpa was a world, he was my everything.

Being miserable where I was teaching-wise, I was listening to Kundalini meditations and mantras on my way to school and crying on my way from school, getting to a stop sign, pulling down the mirror, checking my makeup, going, okay, I don't look too terrible.

Getting into the liquor store, grabbing the bottle, coming home, bring myself that drink, make myself dinner, cut myself off, sit down to have dinner.

top myself off, clean up, top myself off, get home the next day, gore myself that little in the bottle, and have their video just this much in the glass going.

It's also, especially something like alcohol, it's such a part of our lives, or it's so socially acceptable.

Where you had said, you know, in celebrating, it's like, yes, like, I had a milestone.

We use alcohol as this mechanism to cope when we have so many other modalities and things that are out there for us.
But as soon as it was going to mess with my kid's life, that was a whole nother ballgame for me.
