Today we are discussing four specific honest truths that I want to share with you about losing fat when you have a demanding career.
And if you have a demanding career and you're a mother, oh, [laughs] these are gonna really hit home for you.
They're true for so many of the clients I've worked with in various industries that all have one thing in common, which is there's pressure on you, there's a lot of work that you do in your everyday life, there's a lot of not just physical labor, but specifically mental load and bandwidth that is being pushed into your career, and you're very, very ambitious.
And let me tell you, because you're very ambitious, something that I firmly believe, when you have a demanding and high impact career and you're very ambitious, looking and feeling your best influences your work regardless of what you do.
Because communication, talking to other people, being part of a team, unless you are a solo entrepreneur that is never in front of a camera and you're only behind the scenes and you're not really interacting with people, I mean, like, you're gonna be interacting with people.
And so fueling your body, looking a certain way, presenting yourself literally impacts you on a day-to-day basis.
But I will tell you that while you want to look and feel your best, you don't always look and feel your best because your job and your career can get you down.
You're juggling a lot of things, and it can be very challenging to put yourself first when you're giving it to everyone else and you're really focused on your career.
